1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QRsnapp (the "Service"), operated from qrsnapp.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

QRsnapp is a free, web-based QR code generator that runs in your browser. It allows you to:

• Generate QR codes from URLs, text, contact information, Wi-Fi credentials, and other data
• Customize colors, dot styles, and add logos
• Download QR codes in PNG, SVG, or PDF format

The Service is provided free of charge and does not require an account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using QRsnapp, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use QRsnapp to:

• Generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or scam websites
• Create QR codes intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm others
• Distribute QR codes containing copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Encode personal data of other individuals without their consent
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass any aspect of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at scale
• Circumvent ads, security features, or usage limits
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

Our content

The Service itself — including its design, code, branding, logos, and content — is owned by QRsnapp and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your content

You retain full ownership of any data you enter into QRsnapp (URLs, text, contact info, etc.) and the QR codes you generate. We do not claim any rights over the QR codes you create. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.

QR code responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content encoded in your QR codes and for any consequences arising from their use or distribution.

6. Advertising

QRsnapp is free because it is supported by advertising. We display ads through Google AdSense and may use other ad networks. By using the Service, you understand and consent to the display of advertisements. Ads are clearly distinguishable from the tool interface.

7. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Correctness of generated QR codes across all scanner devices or apps

You use the Service at your own risk. Always test QR codes on multiple devices before relying on them for important use cases (printed material, commercial distribution, etc.).

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QRsnapp, ITS OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service
• Damages from QR codes that fail to scan or lead to incorrect destinations
• Damages from third-party content or services accessed via QR codes
• Damages caused by unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which is zero for a free service), whichever is greater.

9. Third-party services

QRsnapp integrates with third-party services, which currently include Google AdSense and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRsnapp, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• The content of QR codes you create and distribute

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Because no account is required, termination is typically effected by blocking access from your IP address or device.

You may stop using the Service at any time, for any reason.

12. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is resident, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a resident of another country, local mandatory consumer protection laws may still apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms stay in full force and effect.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QRsnapp regarding the Service.
